New and improved recipe. Still looks like Whisky, tastes like Gin… we’ve taken our traditional, juniper led, London Dry Gin and aged it using oak grown on the Estate less than a mile from the distillery.
With the addition of the finest vanilla, we’ve created a truly amazing oak-aged Burrell’s dry gin, limited to just 150 bottles.
On the nose, you get lots of vanilla & toast, but with underlying citrus & juniper, with a touch of fruit. Once you’ve taken a sip, your palate is greeted with warming toast, honey & vanilla, with a rich & creamy texture. Underneath all the oak, toast & vanilla, Burrell’s characteristics are still present with notes of juniper & citrus… more lemon. The finish is long and luxurious, the toasted oak & vanilla just keep on giving.

Gin orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your order will be dispatched on the nearest dispatch date. Cut-off for Tuesday/Thursday delivery on a Monday and Wednesday is 1pm, and orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following dispatch date.
