Join us and get ready for Christmas!

You can collect all your christmas goodies from Massingberd-Mundy on one of two very special Click and Collect days this December. On the 20th and 21st we will be moving our Click and Collect service from Sheep Dip Paddock to the Old School.

Stay for a free hot drink and a mince pie in our beautifully restored schoolhouse while Christmas music plays as our team brings your order out to you. From a turkey for christmas dinner and beef for boxing day, to a bottle of our delicious gin for under the tree, we’ll get it ready for you to collect for no additional cost.

Christmas Click and Collect is absolutely free, and you can join us between 10am and 3pm on the 20th and 21st of December. To make sure the day runs smoothly, we’ll get in touch with you after you place your order so you can choose your collection time.

If you like to be well prepared, don’t worry – our regular Click and Collect Saturdays will still be running throughout November and December at Sheep Dip Paddock.

How it works

Make sure you select ‘Click and Collect’ at checkout, and you will be directed to choose your collection date.

Select your collection date from the calendar by clicking the box – for Christmas Click and Collect, make sure to select either the 20th or the 21st of December.

On your confirmation email you will see the date you have selected.

Dates for your Diary

14th December – Last regular Click and Collect for 2024 (at Sheep Dip Paddock)

18th December – Last call for Christmas Click and Collect orders at 12pm.

20th December – Christmas Click and Collect at The Old School (available now until 18th December)

21st December – Christmas Click and Collect at The Old School (available now until 18th December)

On the day

Please make your way to the Old School (LN11 8QS). Make sure you bring along your order name and number so we can bring it to you. Your order will be ready to collect during your allotted time slot – if you arrive early, there may be a slight delay whilst we bring your frozen order to you. Our friendly team will be there to assist with any queries (and help with directions!)

Frequently asked questions:

Q – Will my meat order be refrigerated or frozen?

All our meat products are frozen immediately after preparation to maintain the highest quality possible. Your beef or turkey will be frozen upon collection. If you are buying a larger turkey (5kg+) and are worried that it won’t defrost in time for the big day, please email enquiries@southormsbyestate.co.uk, and we will help organise an earlier collection.

Q – How fresh are your turkeys?

Our turkeys are being prepared in mid-November 2024, and then frozen to ensure you receive them at their best.

Q – Will I need to bring a bag?

If you are collecting any individual beef or poultry products, such as turkeys, roasting joints, diced beef or minced beef, we recommend you bring a cool bag with you.

Q – Is Click and Collect Free?

Yes – it’s completely free!

Q – What do I do if I’m unavailable during your Christmas Click and Collect dates?

Q – Help! I chose the wrong Click and Collect date/ I can’t see which date I chose!

That’s alright! You can see your chosen date on your confirmation email, above your billing details.

If you have chosen the wrong date, please send us an email at enquiries@southormsbyestate.co.uk with your order number, and requested date, and we will change it for you.
