A Week on the Estate: Kickstart Tour, Turkey Whisperers & Bumper Spuds

Just when we think we’ve got on top of the harvest, along comes our garden-guru Colin to present us with a bumper crop of Cara potatoes. We’re contemplating what we should do with the Walled Garden’s abundance of spuds. Suggestions welcome!

Are you a hard-working 16-24-year-old with a willingness to learn – or do you know someone who is? We’re on the lookout for our next set of Kickstarters and on Tuesday 26^th October we’ll be hosting a very special open day.

The open day will begin with free refreshments at The Old School Tea & Coffee Shop then we’ll show our guests around the beautiful rural estate of which we’re so proud (bring boots or wellies!). They’ll meet our current Kickstarters, hear their stories, experience their day-to-day work and ask as many questions as they’d like.
