New just in time for Mothers Day, Massingberd Mundy’s new distiller Edward is proud to present our brand new Blood Orange Flavoured Gin Liqueur.
Using our award winning Burrell’s Dry Gin as a base, we carefully add Blood Orange Juice for a flavour combination that is sure to win over your taste buds!
On the nose is luscious sweet citrus with that subtle hint of sharpness that makes Blood Orange so alluring. Underlying are the hints of pepper and spice familiar to lovers of the dry gin.
When you first taste the Gin Liqueur you will be wrapped in a warm flavour embrace full of marmalade notes with subtle hints of cubeb and gentle acidity. This one will have you finishing off any taster and asking for seconds!
The finish is long, gentle and even refreshing!
We recommend serving the Blood Orange Gin Liqueur with either Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic or for a spicy twist try it with Fever Tree Ginger Ale. Garnish with a generous slice of blood orange, or if not available normal orange does the trick!
